René Pesty was a maker ( rue des Cascades in Paris , 20ème arrondissement ) of items for the telegraph in the beginning of '900. The "official" PTT keys was made by a lot of small makers in Paris and near the capital: H. PROVIN, L. MORS, Ph. LAFEVE, René PESTY, DIGNEY, VINAY, RADIGUET, MASSIOT ...
